Groups still need to be approved by admin before going live. Please be careful with two things. First, privacy setting: the privacy setting of a group cannot be changed after initial setup; and if you set up a private invitation-only group, you have to invite Bi_Gay_Men as a member so that we can keep track of what is going on. Second, group URL: please choose a URL for your group that contains the right keywords. For example, www.bigaymen.com/group/gaychefs is much better than www.bigaymen.com/group/jwlfirstgrp. Groups with good url are much easier for other members to find in a search.
