Mental Health Centre in Bracebridge, Ontario Canada open to all who need help.

The Muskoka Parry Sound Mental Health Centre, located in Bracebridge, Ontario with branchs througout the Muskoka region is a God send. Myself, I serve on the Board of Directors of this well needed service. Counselling and psychiatric help, as well as help in housing, financial needs, and a drop in centre is just part of the Centre. The Centre is for those suffering from depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Schisoprenia, to drug and alcohol addiction. There are Seminars, free for the public on issues such as Anger Management, Cognitive Behavior, to Sexual Abuse, and an on-going Group focusing on addiction and mental health. The Centre is a vital link to the community, and the service is outstanding even when compared to a city based Centre. The Centre also has a 24 hour crisis line.
