nobody should feel embarressed about being a virgin and thats why they made the film 40 Year Old Virgin (maybe not). everyone is different and have erections at different times of the day. some wake up with an erection and some go to bed with one. it is corsed by sexual thoughts in some people but not all people. it will go down on its own accord.

Erections are hardly ever a health problem.
The lack of erections can indicate you have a prostate problem.

As long as it's capable of getting up, you're just fine down there.
Mentally - if you perceive being a virgin as an "issue" that's something you'll have to work out on your own.
Don't let anyone judge you for it. You don't have to answer to anyone other than yourself.

Hey dude don't worry about being a 20 year old virgin. I was 22 (almost 23) the first time I had sex (or anything with someone else) and it was literally in and out (so not sure if that counts). As for the erection thing don’t start worrying till your not get them. Then you'll have a problem.
