I just start at college and i've found im having a hard time getting out of my dorm to work out. Is there and any secreats out there to any fast and easy work outs to do in my room or that don't take to much time?
All you have to do, and you can do it right there in your own room, is push ups and keep adding a bit more each day. Your upper body will get really nicely built and toned. Next is crunches and chin ups.
