Argh! Basically half way through winter and vie already doubled my body weight! Socially unacceptable - i know.. so i need some advice from all those sydney-gym-crazy people.
1) Does anyone know of any affordable gyms around the city (eastern or southern suburbs) - fitness first is beyond my grasp =/
2) Any ideas on staying motivated? I’m currently looking at a fat man on a bicycle every morning; when i open the fridge door..
3) Are there any free (gay friendly) social-fitness groups - that meet (say twice a week) to run or play a game of soccer??
